I’ve had many, many hotel stays after traveling for business in my 35+ year career. This hotel is at the top of the list for all around comfort and hospitality. From the pool/jacuzzi facilities, the very friendly room cleaning staff, the helpful front desk and the very tasty breakfast food variety, all met or exceeded my expectations. If my travels take me to Atascadero again, I’ll definitely be staying here.
Our room was clean. The bed was comfy. Large screen TV was a plus. The bathroom door didn't stay open, kinda weird. The AC was way way too loud. Couldn't use. Thankful it wasn't summer and the window opened a little for cool night air.
Easy check process with friendly staff and clean room. The breakfast included was hot, fresh, and had a good variety of selections (egg white omelets, egg yellow omelets, boiled eggs, bread, cereals, bacon, sausages, biscuits with gravy). Worth the stay!
Everyone was exceptionally kind and helpful. Shout out to Nate, Andrew, Housekeeping staff, and the manager. You folks are doing something right. Breakfast was really good with heart healthy options. I'll be back.
Stayed here while working in the area. Location easily accessible with decent parking. Right by highway 101 with a little traffic noise. Staff was terrific. Rooms were very clean with a heated pool & spa. Breakfast wasn't bad either. My only complaint purchasing a drink front the lobby was taxed.
Dameon and Nate were both very helpful, professional, and friendly! I was especially appreciative of Dameon for all of his kindness in helping me to relocate my sentimental real diamond earrings I had left on the bed-stand table. Thank you soo much, Dameon and sweet, professional cleaning staff! I also appreciated the cleanliness, spaciousness, and modernness of the room. Also, the length of the wall table was excellent because I was able to lay out my work in order to accomplish the following weeks lessons for my students! Wonderful experience all around! Next time I will make use of the lovely pool and hot tub in the back yard area.

We were so very happy with our stay. The room was clean and comfortable . The staff was very helpful and friendly! There is a pool and Hot tub but the weather was cool so we didn't use them. There was a wonderful breakfast served in the morning.
